· Developing more educational videos addressing other illnesses and in more languages to reach as many people as possible across the continent of Africa

· Incentives for more nurses and doctors to come and stay to work in the rural areas
· Improved community partnerships
· Developing a geriatrics program for the isolated rural elderly
· Much needed upgrades to the hospital facilities
· Insuring a stable supply of essential medications and medical supplies to rural hospitals and clinics
· Medications, supplies, and food for those in need
· Bringing in medical faculty and students from around the world to foster collaborative education
· More reliable phone and electrical service to healthcare facilities
· Developing more productive ties with the Ugandan government and other NGOs
